Darmal — Smart pharmacy management
A full-stack web platform for pharmacies to manage inventory, sales, purchases, suppliers, and reports in one secure system.
The problem
Local pharmacies often manage stock, sales, and suppliers with paper notes or disconnected tools. That makes it hard to track medicine availability, control expenses, and generate reliable reports. Darmal was built to bring all of that into one digital platform.
Built for real pharmacy work
Darmal covers the full workflow: products and categories, barcode support, stock tracking, purchases, sales checkout, supplier payments, expenses, and sales reversals with approval logs.
Role-based access keeps operations safe — system admins, company admins, sales staff, and purchase staff each see only what they need.
Sales checkout
Staff can search medicines, scan barcodes, build a cart, and complete checkout quickly — with clear totals and a smooth point-of-sale flow built for busy pharmacy counters.
Reports & insights
Real-time inventory monitoring, stock alerts, multi-company management, and advanced reports help pharmacies make better daily decisions. A public landing experience also lets people search medications and discover pharmacies.
Future plan
Next, I plan to harden the system for production pharmacies: stronger testing, better offline-friendly sales flow, clearer stock alerts, and richer reporting. I also want to expand the mobile API, improve barcode workflows, and add multi-branch tools so teams can manage inventory across locations more easily.
Longer term, Darmal should support prescription handling, supplier ordering suggestions, and a cleaner public medication search experience — while staying simple enough for everyday pharmacy staff.
Tech stack
Built with Laravel, Inertia.js, Vue 3, MySQL, and Tailwind/Vuetify on the web, plus a mobile API for sales and inventory on the go. I worked on the core modules, role permissions, reporting flows, and the public website experience.
